PAYMENTS

New Students: The first payment is due no later than 24 hours before your first lesson (trial or full enrollment). Accepted payment methods: major credit/debit cards, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

Recurring Payments: All ongoing students are required to enroll in auto-pay. Your payment cycle will begin on the date of your initial payment and recur on that same date each month. Payments will be drafted via ACH, debit, or credit card. Invoices will be sent one week before your payment date as a courtesy reminder.

Billing Cycle: Tuition is based on a 4-lesson cycle. If a month has 5 weeks, you will have the option to schedule a 5th lesson at the single-lesson rate.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

24-Hour Written Notice Required: To reschedule or cancel a lesson, you must provide at least 24 hours’ written notice. Rescheduled lessons must be completed within 30 days.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson will result in the lesson being forfeited. Exceptions may be made for emergencies (e.g., severe illness) on a case-by-case basis.

Missed Lessons: Unused lessons do not roll over beyond 30 days and will not be credited or refunded.

LATE POLICY

If a student is more than 15 minutes late, it is at my discretion whether the lesson can still be accommodated. Missed time due to tardiness will not be made up or extended.

INSTRUCTOR CANCELLATIONS

If I need to cancel, I will offer a reschedule or extend your next lesson by doubling its length (e.g., a 30-minute lesson becomes 60 minutes). If neither option is feasible within 30 days, your next monthly payment will be adjusted accordingly.

DISCONTINUING LESSONS

Permanent or Temporary Withdrawal: A minimum of 21 days’ written notice is required before your next billing date.

Holding a Spot: If you plan to pause lessons but want to retain your spot, a one-month lesson fee will hold it for up to 3 months. After that, your spot will be forfeited.
